Artisan Prints:
Understanding the evolving nature of art appreciation, we offer returns for our Artisan Prints. Given the personalized crafting of these pieces, returns will incur a 65% "Customization Fee." If you wish to return your print or if any issues have arisen, please contact us at info@lilalila.art or via our website's contact form to initiate the process.
Signature Originals:
The singular beauty of each "Signature Original" means these pieces are sold as final sales and cannot be returned. However, we stand by the excellence of our art. If your unique artwork arrives in less than perfect condition, please reach out immediately. Your satisfaction and the art's integrity are our utmost priorities

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund request. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
