The Līla Code is operated by Lila Code Media LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. The original research and creative works are associated with Lila Lang (Līla) as their author, artist, creator, or inventor, as applicable. Website: https://thelilacode.com. 2. Copyright and original works
The Līla Code corpus, Field Proofs, Field Lenses, essays, manuscripts, illustrations, photographs, films, website materials, visual-art catalog, artwork, and related original expression are protected under copyright and other applicable laws. Copyright is retained by Lila Code Media LLC, Lila Lang, or other lawful rights holders, as specified in relevant ownership records and work-specific notices. © 2026 The Līla Code. Rights reserved except where expressly licensed.
3. Publication-specific licenses
Some Field Proofs are expressly published under Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0). That license permits noncommercial sharing of the unchanged licensed work with required attribution and license information, but it does not permit commercial exploitation or distribution of adaptations without separate authorization. No work-specific Creative Commons license automatically extends to a different paper, an unpublished manuscript, a website template, an artwork, a logo, a patent, or the complete private Matrix. No part of this notice imposes additional restrictions on freedoms already granted by an applicable Creative Commons license.
4. The Līla Matrix and confidential material
The Līla Matrix and other non-public systems, source materials, implementation materials, and unpublished working documents are not released or licensed by the publication of descriptions or related Field Proofs. Public access to a theory, paper, image, or explanatory text is not authorization to obtain or use non-public assets or proprietary implementations.
5. Trust State — patent-pending technology
Trust State is an invention originated by Lila Lang and is the subject of patent-pending rights. Copyright publication permissions do not grant rights under any patent or application. Commercial implementation, licensing, sublicensing, evaluation rights, and technology access, if offered, require a separate valid written agreement covering the specific rights granted. Trust State licensing inquiries may be directed to VALYS Global — https://valys.global/. The website is not a patent license, a disclosure of confidential specifications, or a transfer of title.
6. Physical-artwork sales and reproduction rights
Buying an Original Artwork or limited Collector Print grants physical ownership of the purchased item only; it does not grant copyright, rights to reproduce or manufacture further copies, publication or merchandising rights, NFT/tokenization rights, or permission to issue derivatives. Any such use requires appropriate separate permission from the rights holder, unless permitted by law.
7. Names, marks, and third-party works
The Līla Code, Field Proofs, Field Lenses, The Līla Matrix, Trust State, related logos, and other brand identifiers are used as names or marks in connection with their respective works and activities. No trademark or endorsement license is granted by access to the website. Third-party trademarks, service names, journal logos, platform marks, citations, and external content remain the property of their respective owners; any use is subject to their own rules and applicable law.
8. Research citations and lawful use
Accurate attribution, scholarly citation, commentary, quotation, and other uses authorized by law remain permitted. Where a work carries an individual DOI, archival record, or license notice, users should cite that specific work and source rather than treating a website summary as a substitute for the underlying publication. Nothing in this notice restricts fair use or lawful access authorized under an express publication license.
9. Permissions and infringement notices
For requests involving reproduction permissions, commercial use of copyrighted works, artwork rights, or rights questions, contact thelilacode@gmail.com. Include the work, intended use, proposed distribution, and relevant territory. Do not assume that silence is consent. For alleged infringement, identify the affected material, rights claimed, relevant URL, and a reliable contact method; notices will be reviewed under applicable law.
10. Separation from external organizations
Links to research repositories, galleries, social services, VALYS Global, and other external entities do not merge their respective rights, business operations, or intellectual-property estates. Rights in one asset cannot be inferred from a license or relationship concerning another.
