muscle tensed for a fight I was convinced I had to face. But then, in a flash of clarity, I woke up. It dawned on me—there was no tiger, no desert, no battle
to be won. It was all an illusion, a mirror reflecting my own fears back at me. In that moment, I realized the power of simply breathing through the fear.
The way I felt about the tiger could make it disappear. No need for confrontation, just a deep breath, and the illusion faded away, leaving me with a
profound sense of peace.
